This page is maintained by Global Health Atlas to explain how we handle information submitted through this site. It is a summary of our current practices and is not a legal certification, audit report, or warranty.
Lovable Cloud provides the underlying platform, infrastructure, and security capabilities for the site. Global Health Atlas is responsible for the content we publish, the data we collect, and how we configure access to that data.
We follow a least-privilege approach to access: public visitors can read the site and submit the contact form; internal systems handle email notifications and list management using separate, restricted credentials.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide through the contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), country, and message. We do not require an account to browse the site or to send a message.
How we use your information
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and to coordinate the Global Health Atlas expedition. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use submitted data for automated profiling or advertising.
Platform and hosting
This site is hosted on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides managed infrastructure, authentication, and database services. The platform is responsible for the underlying security of the infrastructure, while the Global Health Atlas team is responsible for how we configure access controls and handle the data submitted through the site.
Security practices
Access to the database is restricted by row-level security policies and role-based access. Internal notification emails are sent only to the Global Health Atlas team. Email list management, including unsubscribe links and suppression lists, is handled by the email infrastructure connected to this site.
Retention and deletion
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain operational records. If you would like your information removed, please contact us and we will delete your submission unless we are required to keep it by law.
Your privacy choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided. Email requests are handled by the Global Health Atlas team. If you receive email from us, unsubscribe links are included so you can stop receiving messages at any time.
